		2006 BMW 530i - Light Polish Detail
		After quite a bit of research regarding detailers in Chicago area, I found LUSTR Auto Detail. I made an appointment for an assessment. Ivan went over the process and did a test on the hood as an example of what the finished result would look like. He answered all my questions and was truly knowledgeable and patient. As it turned out, the end result actually was much better than the tested sample. I was very pleased. The final detail was great, the paint reflected like a mirror and felt silky to touch. The products he uses are high end quality products but more importantly, he knows what product to use for the best effect and condition of the car. I highly recommended Ivan, truly a master detailer.

		Detailing Tech Session
		Ivan went over a detail, from wash to wax with me, step by step, answering questions and explaining the correct vs popular/common methods along the way. 		2003 Honda S2000
		Ivan did an amazing job on my Berlina Black S2000. The paint was in really bad shape with swirl marks and holograms everywhere from a "detailer" who didn't know what he was doing. Ivan was able to correct all the mistakes of the previous "detailer" and the car looks stunning. I can't believe how smooth the paint not only looks but feels. If you truly care about your car, take it to Ivan, you won't be disappointed.

		Just had my 98 technoviolet M3 detailed by Ivan. I had recently purchased the car used, and it came with some pretty serious water marks and swirl marks thanks to a previous detailer who clearly did not have Ivan's skill or patience. Due to these challenges, the job took three hours longer than Ivan had anticipated. Despite this, he refused to take short cuts, and charged me according to his original estimate. The result: my car looks fantastic, and I’ll be bringing it back to Ivan for all my future detailing needs. The audi is gone, but my Volvo is in line waiting to get detailed. It takes me an hour to get to his place, but it's well worth it!

		I'm still awed at the work you did on my paint last fall. The old single-stage red paint has taken a beating this winter, but still cleans up superbly. I've actually had two people this week ask me if it was recently detailed! I'm especially impressed with how well the haze came out - its still not milking out, even with the harshness of salt and sun. I look forward to having you work on it again!
